The production process of Gender reveal baseball

As the year draws to a close, our company is working hard to produce in order to ship on time to all of our customers.

We also went to the factory together to participate in production of the gender reveal baseball.

Our Gender Reveal Baseballs need to be made with a particularly good quality plastic shell and filled with a full 25 grams of starch.

After that we use an ultrasonic welding machine to weld the two pieces of plastic shell together.

Next we will use pink and blue label paper to differentiate the color of the powder in the baseball.

Then we will fill a bubble bag with 1 pink and 1 blue gender reveal baseball and put it in a box.

Finally we will place our greeting card in the box.
